Description
Osceola has five main drainage basins, with the town square acting as the high point for the City. With the new construction improvements planned for the town square, Osceola will concentrate efforts on improving the water quality draining to Q-Pond. The anticipated management practices include permeable pavers, tree drainage wells and trenches, and stormwater detention structures.
