Description
The City of Hartford will install permeable pavers that intercept and treat flows from adjacent rooftops and parking lots in town, reducing erosion and runoff entering the Butcher Creek watershed from downtown Hartford. Additionally, a bioretention cell is proposed along North Vine Street to intercept surface flows and treat the runoff before releasing to Butcher Creek.
