Description
The city is intending to improve water quality in stormwater runoff within the city through two phases of water management practices throughout the city.
Phase 1 consists of a permeable paver project on the Main Street in Garnavillo’s downtown area.
Phrase 2 consists of enhanced rain garens near the Garnavillo City Park.
